The NYC panel side car was created by applying Cameron Scale Models panels to an Intermountain USRA twin hopper car. The car is painted with Floquil Pollyscale boxcar red and lettered with CDS dry transfers. It is equipped with San Juan Car Company type-E couplers and Andrews trucks with Grabowski wheel sets. The photo was taken outdoors on a diarama.
