Master builder, Tom Mix, is trying his hand at modeling an early “diesel” as a change of pace. Study the photos and you will see some interesting ideas on how to build a model like this. The basic drive is Weaver/P&D gearboxes with a new tower gear assembly. Tom used Protocraft 36” wheels. The model will eventually get a sound system as part of the DCC control installation.
